Help! I did not receive the code to login

Our website uses a passwordless magic link for sign-in.




Instead of typing a password, you click a secure, one-time link sent to your email. If you don't see the email arrive, try these quick troubleshooting tips.

Quick Fixes
  • Use Incognito Mode: Open a private or incognito window, go to the COSI homepage, and enter the email associated with your COSI profile to rule out broken extensions or corrupt cookies.
  • Clear Browser Data: Delete cookies and cache specifically for Circle of Security International, or switch to a completely different web browser.
  • Check Link Expiration: Magic links have a short active lifespan (15 minutes). If you waited too long, the token becomes invalid and forces a retry error.
  • Disable VPNs: Turn off any active VPN or strict firewall settings that might block the verification redirect token.

If you are still unable to access your account, ask your IT department to allow emails from info@circleofsecurityinternational.com, domains shopifyemail.com and shopify.com in order to receive the code. If that does not work, you may need to use an alternate email for your COSI account. You can request to have your email updated here.
